2nd - 8th June 2008 Down Syndrome Awareness Week - Please support the Oxford Branch. Bambinos Active first got involved with Down Syndrome Oxford in September last year when Kirstie met with baby and toddler leader Michelle Blackstock to talk about how Bambinos Active could cater for children with Down Syndrome. Bambinos Active, then provided free entertainment at their baby and toddler meeting. Down Syndrome Oxford will have various activities throughout the awareness week which you can take part in to help raise much needed money to keep the support network going. Please also watch this space for activities and fund raising events Bambinos Active will take part in. 12th May 2008 London Mums Spring Party - Bambinos Active International Entertainment! Bambinos Active will be providing entertainment at the London Mums Spring Party this year. It is an introduction to our international entertainment and classes. The party will include European languages that will be entertaining and educational for bilingual children who speak these languages and also to introduce new languages to children who don't. Take advantages of your childs ability to learn! Lots of action, dance, puppets and fun will be included! Better still if you would like to be involved or take a class yourself please contact Kirstie - 10th May 2008 Bambinos Active @ The Saturday Club for Special Needs, Windsor Bambinos Active will be providing entertainment for a Saturday club designed for special needs children in Windsor on May 10th. The Saturday Club is a bi-weekly event where children with special needs, their mums, dads and families, can go to play, socialise and receive advice on what is available for families. Bambinos Active are currently searching for venues across Oxfordshire to start the very popular under 5's session where mums get a chance to meet other mums whilst their bambinos learn, develop and play! We always offer the very first session free at a new venue where you will get the chance to check out what we do and ask questions. So don't hesitate - email us today if your area is in need of some high quality classes for your babies and toddlers! 29th September 2007 Bambinos Active Children in Need Kids Party, All Saints Church Hall. A BIG thank you to everyone for coming, and also for the lovely compliments (it's always nice to hear we are doing a good job!). The event was a great success with some people coming from as far as Bedfordshire, Princes Risborough, North Oxfordshire and beyond for their children to enjoy some Bambinos Active entertainment for this great charity.
